When you synchronize data, your data will be transmitted to your miner through the server.

When you enable network messaging, your mobile user identification information, mobile device unique identifier, phone number and approximate geographical location information will be sent to the server. The same is true when you update the system or software, restore the original factory settings, etc.

Information collected by cookies and other technologies - Frogpool website, online services, interactive applications, email messages, and advertising may use cookies and other technologies such as program language tags and web page headers to collect and store your information.

Log information - When you visit our server, it will automatically record certain log information. Such log information may include the following information: IP address, browser type, browser language, refer source page, operating system, date/time marker, and clickstream data.

Unique device identifier - When you first use and start Frogpool or Frog Miner, the unique identifier and approximate geographic location of the paired mobile device will be sent to the server. The same is true when you update the system or software, restore factory settings, etc.

V.Collection and use of information on minors

1. Frogpool and Frog Miner are primarily designed for adults (in principle, those over the age of 18 and those over the age of 16 who rely on their own labor to gain income are considered adults). If you are a minor, we do not recommend that you use the Frogpool and Frog Miner. If you really need to use our products and/or services, you should first read this Privacy Policy accompanied by your guardian, and you should ensure that you have obtained the consent of your guardian to use our services and provide us with your information. We will protect minors’ personal information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.

2.
